F or over 50 Years LARCS has worked to improve
the lives of individuals with developmentally disabilities in Fresno and Fresno
County.
You can help LARCS by making a one time, monthly or annual donation. Your gift
may be a straight donation to the programs and services, or in memory, in honor,
or to celebrate a special occasion or accomplishment. You can feel confident
that we will use your donation with the utmost fiscal responsibility to support
the different entities listed below.

Fundraisers
We host fundraisers each year. Request additional information and be added to
our invitation list.
Fall Event – called BUNDLES/LARCS Country Store
Spring Event – DINNER DANCE: The last three years we’ve
featured a CRAB FEED. “COOKING IS A LARC” Cookbooks
We sell this cookbook compiled from members’ favorite recipes. They can be
purchased from LARC Members and at area Fresno Businesses.
The funds raised at these different events, help LARCS to annually provide
financial assistance to the following entities:
- Help purchase many of the curriculum and equipment needs of ARC Fresno,
who serve hundreds of adults with developmental disabilities every day in
the Fresno County area.
- Provide annual scholarships at Fresno Pacific University and CSU, Fresno
for those majoring in the field of special education.
- Sponsor Local Special Olympic Events (Track, Swimming, Bowling, Winter &
Summer Events)
- Support Jr. LARC Programs at Local High Schools
- Provide funds to Break the Barriers
- Sponsor Lori Ann Infant Programs
- Sponsor Addicott Elementary Sports Day
- Sponsor programs at RATA School
